10 Week Triathlon Base Program


This program has been carefully designed for athletes coming out of their ‘off season’ who are looking to get primed and ready for the race season ahead.



At this stage in the season, many athletes aren’t in need of customised coaching specifics, but do require structure and guidance to help best prepare to launch into their best season of racing yet.

Off the back of this program, athletes will have established a strong foundation of base fitness that will produce an excellent platform to launch into a race specific program and racing season.

This program has been created for experienced (min 2 years in the sport), intermediate to advanced level age group triathletes who have a focus on long course (Half or Full distance races) racing.
